Dr. Frauke Schaefer is a psychiatrist who served seven years as a medical missionary in Nepal prior to training in psychiatry and psychotherapy at a Christian psychiatric hospital in Germany and then completing her psychiatry residency at Duke University. Her private practice provides mental health services for many global workers and their adolescent children. She provides clinical care and consultations utilizing telemedicine and video-conferencing, and travels frequently for teaching and consulting.
