Christian Dental Association Official Logo ® WHITE

Congratulations!

Our records indicate that you have completed your last year of dental school. We want to continue to Educate, Encourage, and Equip as you move forward in your career. We want to take this opportunity to make you aware of a special dental membership package available for $150 which covers the next three years of your CMDA membership dues. This is a one-time special offer just for graduating CMDA dental students. We know that not all dental graduates go on to a residency.

However, this special rate should cover your residency length or first three years as a practicing dentist whichever the situation may be. If you choose to pass on this offer, the regular first year in practice rate is $150 for one year of membership and the regular dues rate is $399 annually. We want to update our records with any new contact information you may have. We also want to know if you have decided to go into residency.

Please tell us where and the length of your program. Complete the right portion of this page with your updated information, indicating your t-shirt size and the membership option for you. When we receive your response, we will send you a FREE CMDA t-shirt, along with a lapel pin that you can wear to reflect your commitment to CMDA and a membership certificate to recognize your professional association with the organization.

Did you know that as a CMDA member you have access to CMDA Placement Services? To find out more about Placement Services go to placement.cmda.org or email placement@cmda.org.
