This highly interactive coaching training course will equip you with the foundational skills and knowledge used in coaching. You will discover what makes coaching so effective and understand the distinctions between coaching, counseling, mentoring and discipling. You will learn to listen deeply and ask powerful questions, giving others the awareness and motivation they need for moving forward rather than giving your own advice. Using the mindset and skills of a “coach approach” will equip you to improve patient compliance, help colleagues with burnout, grow your leadership skills and become a better communicator. This course provides 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ and 16 International Coach Federation credits for those who are interested in pursuing coaching certification. Registration is open to healthcare professionals, students, spouses, and others who work with healthcare professionals. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
