CMDA 503 – Coaching Change, Transition, and Transformation

April 1, 2019 – May 20, 2019

Online Live Webinar

Healthcare professionals function within the context of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and rapidly changing environment. Physician dissatisfaction and burnout are oftentimes the result. Coaching, which is not taught in medical schools or offered at most CME activities, is a tool that can help physicians successfully navigate their way amid this rapid change.

This online course is designed to equip doctors with the coaching mindset and skills to help colleagues, patients and others they lead to make desired changes, weather unwanted change, navigate the uncertainty of transition and achieve transformation. Participants will gain knowledge, increase competence and acquire tools that will assist them in using coaching to maximize their influence professionally and personally.
