Welcome to the CMDA National Convention REMIX

As disappointing as it was that we were not together in person in April 2020, CMDA developed a plan to deliver as much of the same and similar content as possible for both the plenary and workshop sessions as planned at the National Convention. Though not all were able to participate due to scheduling issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic, those who were able did provide some outstanding talks (some of which were previously recorded). Please enjoy free access to these supplemental plenary talks here on the page.

Bringing Christ's Hope to a World in Despair

When Dave Stevens originally handed over the reins of CEO of CMDA to Mike Chupp, he wished him a first year without too many "character building requirements" as Dr. Stevens had faced in his first year. Then came COVID-19.

Courage

A message of hope in times of trouble, Rev. Dr. Boria reminds us that we should take our eyes off our current problems and fix our gaze on God's call to be of good courage. A message needed more now with the rise in fear and anxiety during these trying and uncertain times.

CEO, State of CMDA Address

This presentation originally planned for one of the April plenary sessions is the annual State of the Ministry address. This year, Dr. Chupp delivered his address to the CMDA House of Representatives remotely. This is his address as given to the CMDA House for all to hear.
