CMDA Dental Ministries is pleased to offer CMDA dental students partial reimbursement for travel and lodging expenses for The Great Commission Dental Conference. The reimbursement form will be emailed to students after the conference.

Lodging Reimbursement
Up to $100 per person If you shared lodging, each person requesting reimbursement must submit their own reimbursement form. A copy of the lodging receipt must be uploaded with each submission.
Travel Reimbursement
Students may request reimbursement for one of the following:
1. Driving Up to $150 at $0.30 per mile Must travel 300 or more round-trip miles Reimbursement is limited to a maximum of 500 miles Uber and other local transportation expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
2. Airfare Up to $200 Must travel 400 or more miles to attend the conference An airfare receipt is required.
