Putting Faith on Display within Healthcare

About Our Guest

Madison was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. She completed two years of undergrad at a small Christian school in Texas, and two in San Diego where her calling to serve the Kingdom through medicine was solidified. After graduating, she served in a Dominican Republic local hospital and had the opportunity to shadow doctors in a variety of specialties. Her experience there afforded her the chance to really practice speaking Spanish which was a blessing for the trips she took back to the Dominican and to Nicaragua during her spring breaks.
In her free time, she enjoys reading historical fiction books, especially by Francine Rivers. She appreciates being taken back to a time and place outside of her own reality. When in California, she spends every spare moment at the beach or on the farm she worked at in Bakersfield. Otherwise, she enjoys investing time in her friendships and serving in her church community.

Bill and guest, Madison Kritsch, OMS 3 from Rocky Vista University, discuss how she came to medical school and how going on a CMDA GHO trip changed her.
