Meet Our Guest(s):
Patrick Riecke helps professionals navigate trauma, burnout, and grief. For more than a decade, he served as the director of dignity and spiritual care at a Parkview Health. During his tenure, he was also the chairperson for the ethics committee. His teams responded to more than 15,000 patient deaths and fielded more than 500 clinical ethics consults. Patrick is a burnout survivor and expert. He brings awareness to the burnout epidemic for leaders and coworkers alike. Prior to his time in healthcare, he worked as a congregational leader for twenty years. He served as a youth and family pastor, church planter, and senior minister. Patrick is an author, speaker, and coach. He is an ethics professor at Indiana University.
