Many Christian healthcare professionals are so busy keeping up with the demands of work and life that they rarely pause to ask themselves the question: What am I living for? What values are driving me? Do I even know what my values are, anymore? Have I drifted away from the priorities that once gave me meaning, energy, and spiritual joy?

In this reflective and interactive webinar, Ken Jones—pastor, author, and seasoned coach for Christian healthcare professionals— and the CMDA Coaching team will lead a guided conversation on values and beliefs: how they form, why they drift, and what it looks like to realign life, practice, and faith with what matters most. This will be a golden opportunity to hold your everyday life up to the Light of God’s Word, through a lens of practical and biblical understanding to evaluate how your values show up in your days, your decisions, and your life and practice of medicine or dentistry. Participants will come away with renewed focus, clarity, and a great tool they can use again and again for maintaining alignment with values and beliefs.
