- Someone from CMDA will contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable date for your event.
Your remaining responsibilities include:- Providing the necessary information for CMDA to set up registration for your event.
This information will be required a minimum of 3 months prior to the event. - Promoting the event in your area, with the goal of having a minimum of 20 attendees,
and a maximum of 35-40. - Securing an appropriate location that has a video monitor and a whiteboard or an
easel presentation paper pad, along with enough seating for the expected number of
attendees. - Arranging for lunch, along with whatever snacks, beverages and additional
meals are desired during the event. - Provide accommodations for the speakers (usually three) either in a local home or at a hotel, as well as providing local transportation if needed.

Roles & Responsibilities of CMDA:
- We will set up registration for your event and will cover the transportation costs for certified
Saline Process Witness Training leaders to teach the seminar. - Registration fees will vary by site based on the minimum amount to cover CMDA’s costs plus local expenses.
- The local site will be reimbursed after the event for conference expenses up to
the amount included for this purpose in the registration costs based on expense receipts.\ - If you would like help in promoting your event, we can send you a list of email addresses for
nearby CMDA contacts. You would just need to fill out a simple Non-Disclosure Agreement
(NDA). - As each person registers, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shortly before your event we will send you a list of all your registrants. - CMDA will provide course workbooks, graduation certificates and name badges.
The leaders of the training will arrange for follow-up meetings to encourage attendees to
integrate the lessons learned into the care provided for their patients.
