COACH TRAINING COURSES

QUALIFIES FOR 16 UNITS OF ICF-APPROVED INSTRUCTION
501 FOUNDATIONS IN CHRISTIAN COACHING
The 501 course lays an excellent foundation for understanding the differences between coaching and other approaches, such as counseling, mentoring, discipling, or consulting. Participants receive in class instruction on the dynamics of a coaching relationship, a foundational understanding of basic coaching skills, as well as practice and hands-on coaching opportunities during the two-day course. Course qualifies for 16 units of ICF-approved instruction.

 

PREREQUISITE: 501 FOUNDATIONS IN COACHING, OR EQUIVALENT
503 COACHING CHANGE, TRANSITION, AND TRANSFORMATION
Our 503 course is offered both in local settings, and also on-line. The course focuses on training individuals in coaching others through change, transition, and transformation by helping them understand the dynamics of those three distinct realities. Specific attention is given to developing coaching skills around not only the challenges of simple changes in behaviors, activities, and attitudes, but the deeper elements of organizational and individual transition and transformation. Course qualifies for 16 units of ICF-approved instruction.(Prerequisite for this course is 501 Foundations in Coaching, or its equivalent.)
