Meet Our Guest(s):

Warren White only recently retired from being Spectrum Health Lakeland’s (SHL) Vice President, Physician Practices since 2010. As part of SHL’s senior leadership team, he was responsible for strategy and operations of SHL’s 200+ multi-specialty employed physician/advanced practice provider group. Responsibilities include governance, recruitment, retention, physician compensation, acquisitions/integrations of new physician practices, facility development, clinical quality, patient safety, administrative leadership and transformational change.
Warren also served as Administrator for Southwestern Medical Clinic for 17 years before its integration with Lakeland in 2010. Warren holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Central Michigan University and a master’s in business administration (MBA) with a focus in personnel management from the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business. He is a Certified Medical Practice Executive and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Warren has presented healthcare leadership and operational topics at numerous Medical Group Management Association seminars in the United States of America. In addition, he has led healthcare leadership seminars in Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Kenya and Azerbaijan.
