Cassandra Laymon is the President of Beacon Wealth Consultants and Director of Institutional Sales for LightPoint Portfolios. As a former physical therapist and healthcare executive, she previously managed education and organizational development for a 5,000 employee healthcare system, where her responsibilities included all aspects of employee education, team and leadership development, strategic planning and meeting design and facilitation. She has presented at national conferences for Kingdom Advisors, the C12 Group and CMDA, and she has been a radio guest on MoneyWise with Rob West and In the Market with Janet Parshall. Cassie partners with business owners and churches to better understand their company retirement plans, to make them as efficient and cost effective as possible, and to help financial advisors and business owners to better understand their fiduciary responsibilities for their 401(k) and 403(b) plans.
