David A. Prentice, PhD, has almost 50 years of experience as a scientific researcher, professor, academic administrator and policy advisor. His previous service includes Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Family Research Council, Indiana State University, Indiana University School of Medicine, the John Paul II Institute at Catholic University of America and the Charlotte Lozier Institute.  He is an internationally-recognized expert on stem cell research, cell and molecular biology, and bioethics, and he has provided scientific lectures, policy briefings and testimonies in 40 states and 21 countries. He helped create the Midwest Stem Cell Therapy Center, a unique comprehensive stem cell center in Kansas, and also established Stem Cell Research Facts, an educational website about adult stem cells. Dr. Prentice has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and written and lectured regarding stem cell research, fetal tissue research, gene editing, cloning, embryology, cell, molecular and developmental biology, cell culture and vaccines, biotechnology, bioethics and public policy.
