Dr. Cara Buskmiller graduated from Thomas Aquinas College and received her medical degree from Texas A&M University. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Louis University, an experience that prompted her to start Conscience in Residency, so medical students don’t have to re-invent strategies to interview while planning to avoid practices that conflict with their consciences. Dr. Buskmiller completed a maternal fetal medicine at UT Houston, and she is now a perinatal surgery fellow in Houston, Texas. She is also the Director of Research at the American Association of Pro-life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AAPLOG).
