Meet Our Guest
Dr. Daniel Lewis currently serves as a practicing family physician for Ballad Health in the Greeneville Market. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he also serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Greeneville Facilities within Ballad Health. He is a native of Northeast Tennessee, growing up in Carter County. He attended undergraduate and medical school at East Tennessee State University and was first acquainted with CMDA as a medical student at Quillen. He completed a Family Medicine residency at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, South Carolina and then a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He also has completed his Certified Physician Executive degree through the American Academy of Physician Leaders. He is married to his wife, Jessica, of 20 years and has five children at home.
