Dental students Tanner “TJ” Swanson and Caroline Miller share their vision of serving Christ through dentistry, which is developing along with their clinical skills.
About Our Guest
T.J. Swanson is a third-year dental student at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He and his wife are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child in March. T. J.’s hobbies and passions include reading books about God and his creation, giving and receiving love through his local church, and enjoying a high-intensity game of tennis or pickleball when time allows. He strives to make the answer to Question 1 of the Westminster Shorter Catechism the primary motivation for all he does: “Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy him forever.
Caroline Miller is a non-traditional dental student who rides horses in her spare time, spends time with her husband, and stays involved in CMDA. Between graduating from Southern Arkansas University and attending the University of Texas School of Dentistry, she worked as an RDA and in various front office positions. Today, she enjoys showing God’s love to her patients and classmates through prayer, words of spiritual encouragement and loving care.
