Valerie Huber, MEd, is President and CEO of the Institute for Women’s Health, which exists to promote the highest attainable health and wellbeing for women throughout every stage of their lives. She served America during the Trump Administration as Special Representative for Global Women’s Health, an all-of-government designation similar to that of Ambassador-at-Large. She there promoted the Administration’s global women’s health priorities culminating on October 22, 2020 with the historic signing of the Geneva Consensus Declaration, where 35 nations, representing every region of the world and more than 1.6 billion people, committed to work together to protect life, women’s health, the family and the sovereign right of a country to make their own laws on these issues. Valerie was also involved in domestic women’s and adolescent health issues at the U.S.  Department of Health & Human Services as Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Population Affairs and Senior Policy Advisor and Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Health.
