Corey Whittaker, MA: Corey has served in ministry his entire career starting in youth ministry in 1995. He has served Triangle CMDA since 2018 providing leadership, support, pastoral care and pizza for all of our ministries. Corey is married and has two adult children who are both married. His daughter is an OR nurse in Charlotte. His son is a software developer in Denver. Corey has an MA in Missions and Evangelism and one in Professional Counseling.

At this year’s Midwest Fall Conference, we will hear from two excellent speakers: Kristin Collier, MD and Bob Mason, MDiv. Dr. Collier will speak to us about “Christian Courage” in healthcare, highlighting key issues in bioethics and a distinctly Christian response. Rev. Mason will speak to us about the ethical basis for spiritual care in a healthcare setting, as well as the benefits for patient outcomes.
