Dr. Chris Lisanti is a diagnostic radiologist, assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, assistant program director for research in radiology at Brooke Army Medical Center, medical director for the Pregnancy Care Center in San Antonio and head coach for Ascend Speech and Debate Club. He has more than 40 peer-reviewed publications, including co-author of the book MRI: The Basics. His current research explores the intersection of medicine, philosophy and theology with our current culture culminating in several articles including his latest “Consumer Medicine’s Origins and Harms.” He retired at the rank of colonel after serving more than 24 years in the United States Air Force. He is married to Clare, his wife of 26 years, and they are home educators of their four children.
