By now, you’ve begun to practice your coaching skills and are seeing how impactful those skills can be in your professional roles and personal life. In this constantly changing and challenging landscape of healthcare, being able to practice, lead and support others with a “coach approach” has never been more needed, especially as burnout continues to plague healthcare professionals. Don’t stop your learning-keep it going and multiply your confidence and competence in coaching so you don’t lose what you’ve gained so far. The 503 Coaching Change, Transition and Transformation course builds on the foundational coaching skills you learned in our 501 course, expanding your understanding of change, transition and transformation, concepts which underlie most issues amendable to coaching. We will take a deep dive into studying change, transition and transformation, adding knowledge, models and tools you can apply immediately as you further develop and hone your ability to coach. You will come away more equipped to impact patients, colleagues and others as you help them make desired changes, understand and leverage transitions for good and experience transformation at a deep level. Participants universally find the course material and experience personally transformative as well. This course also qualifies for 16 International Coach Federation credits toward coaching certification.
Registration is open to all healthcare professionals, students, spouses and others who work with healthcare professionals. We ask all registrants to be sure they can plan on full attendance at the entire course without distractions, barring emergencies, as each section and skill builds on the previous one.
