Healthcare professionals function within the context of an increasingly uncertain, complex, stressful and rapidly changing environment with high rates of dissatisfaction. Coaching can help healthcare professionals successfully navigate their way and avoid being blindsided or sidelined by burnout. This course builds on the foundational skills in coaching taught in our 501 course to focus on expanding participants’ understanding of principles of change, transition and transformation. These concepts are then used to further develop participants’ coaching skills so they can help others be proactive in change, understand and leverage transitions for good and experience transformation at a deep level. Participants will be equipped to apply these expanded coaching skills to maximize their impact with patients, colleagues, family and friends. Participants universally find the course helps enhance their own well-being as well.

Course credits: Up to 12 AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credit(s) AND 16 International Coach Federation credits toward coaching certification.

Registration is open to all healthcare professionals, students, spouses and others who work with healthcare professionals. We ask all registrants to be sure they can plan on full attendance at the entire course without distractions, barring emergencies, as each section and skill builds on the previous one. (Note: Two days on Zoom may seem daunting, but we have found that the dynamic, interactive and varied approach we take to training keeps everyone engaged.)

In the rare event a course must be cancelled and rescheduled to a later date due to low registration numbers, your course fee will be transferred or refunded.
