Who We Are

Meet Our Team

Steve Sartori CFWB

Steve Sartori, MD

Dr. Steve Sartori is Director of the Center for Well-being at CMDA. He is a certified life and leadership coach who helps doctors and other healthcare professionals align with God, optimize well-being and maximize influence. He is a graduate of The Medical College of Wisconsin and has served as CEO of a private group practice, chief of staff at two hospitals, faculty member for a family medicine residency program, and chief medical officer for a community health center. He has served as a board member and treasurer of CMDA, and has worked abroad in Romania, Jamaica, Thailand, Kenya and Swaziland. He is married, with two daughters and two grandsons, and enjoys traveling and sports. An avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, he can sometimes be seen wearing a cheesehead.
Stan Haegert

Stan Haegert, MD, MPH

Dr. Stan Haegert is the Associate Director of the CMDA Center for Well-being. He is a board certified family physician who is passionate about helping healthcare professionals learn to care for themselves while serving others. Stan and his wife Deb served as medical missionaries in The Gambia, West Africa, working with the mission for the better part of two decades. Stan’s experience of burnout, recovery and return to the mission field has given him a strong desire to help others learn the rhythms of work and rest that Jesus so perfectly modeled. Stan and Deb recently moved to Colorado to be closer to their two adult daughters, son-in-law and grandsons. When not singing 70’s music in local coffee houses, Stan is usually looking for a good game of chess.
Ken Jones

Ken Jones, PCC

Ken Jones joined CMDA in 2005 and is the area director for the San Francisco Bay Area and Redding. In addition to 43 years of pastoral ministry, Ken is an ICF-certified physician development coach and a published author. Hermon Christian Writer’s Conference “Christian Writer of the Year.” Ken and his wife Randee were pastors for 37 years before he joined CMDA. They have three sons and six grandchildren.
