WPDC 2024 Annual Conference

September 5, 2024 – September 8, 2024

415 North State Highway 265, Branson, Missouri 65616, US

2024 Extended Conference Art Jpg

A WPDC Annual Conference is most definitely not your run-of-the-mill medical conference! It is an opportunity where women can connect with old friends and make new ones… where medical and dental students can learn from experienced physicians and dentists…. where old-timers love helping “WPDC Rookies” feel welcome at their first conference.. where women can share and learn together of the latest trends in medicine and dentistry… and where attendees can be uplifted through singing and worshipping together.  It is a gathering of female professionals who, with a Christ-centered spirit of friendliness and helpfulness, wish to engage with other women facing the same experiences and challenges that they do.

This year’s conference will be celebrating our 30th anniversary! The theme is from Ephesians 3:20 – “God Empowered, Beyond Your Wildest Dreams!” Join us and bring a friend with you to share in the many blessings this unique conference has to offer!

Conference scholarships are available to currently enrolled medical and dental students, and exhibitor sponsorships are also available. Email debbie.mcalear@cmda.org for more information.

This conference will be different than in the past, especially with our amazing off-site event on Friday. We will also have a special testimony night where you will be asked to share with your dinner tablemates about a time or times when you have seen God working in your professional life. Please begin pondering impactful God-moments from your practice to share at your table, because sharing God’s work in our lives encourages both ourselves and others. That encouragement enables us to persevere in our faith, especially as we walk the increasingly difficult road of practicing Christian faith while practicing medicine. Our banquet night will finish the conference with a celebration of where we’ve been in the past 30 years and where we’re going from here!
