Meet Our Guest
Dr. David Levy practiced high-risk neurosurgery for more than 20 years, specializing in surgery of the blood vessels of the brain. Attending Medical School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, he then obtained neurosurgical training at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. He completed a fellowship at the University of Vienna, Austria in endovascular neurosurgery. Dr. Levy was appointed Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of California, San Diego, from 2013 to 2017. Dr. Levy has published and presented many scientific articles on neurosurgical topics. His bestselling book Gray Matter details the dramatic intersection of medicine and faith. Dr. Levy has a YouTube channel and podcast presenting God’s wisdom as pertinent and powerful today. He is married to Naomi, and they live in San Diego, California.
