Meet Our Guest
Dr. Francis Nuthalapaty is a maternal-fetal medicine physician and founding program director for the OB/Gyn Residency program at AdventHealth – Tampa. He attended the Northwestern University Honors Program in Medical Education, graduating with a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from the Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering (Evanston, Illinois) and a medical doctorate from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Chicago, Illinois). He completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center (Hershey, Pennsylvania), where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Nuthalapaty then completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at the University of Alabama Birmingham (Birmingham, Alabama). Dr. Nuthalapaty is a recognized expert in medical education with expertise in curriculum development, program management and mentoring of both faculty and students. He is the Chair of the CMDA Mentoring and Discipleship Commission and Director of the CMDA Mentoring Academy.
