Caring for Women and Preborn Children Post Dobbs with Dr. Christina Francis
In this episode of Faith in Healthcare, host Dr. Mike Chupp and regular co-host Dr. Brick Lantz sit down with Dr. Christina Francis, OB/GYN hospitalist and CEO of the American Association of Pro-Life OB/GYNs (AAPLOG), for a conversation about the shifting realities of women’s healthcare after Dobbs. Together, they examine how abortion drugs are being used across state lines, the growing importance of conscience protections for OB/GYN residents and trainees, and why accurate, medically grounded language is essential for patient trust and care. Dr. Francis also highlights AAPLOG’s work to educate, equip, and support physicians who are committed to life-affirming medicine in an increasingly complex clinical and legal environment.
If this episode encouraged you, we want to invite you to take one practical step – whether that’s getting informed about what’s happening in your state, adding your voice to advocacy efforts, committing to pray for courage and wisdom for clinicians and policymakers, or joining our community of Christian healthcare professionals at CMDA as we seek to live out our calling together. members.cmda.org
